Chocolate Chip Cookies

Check out this Crisp and Chew Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe from the one and only Martha Stewart. I tried it last week. Sooooo tasty!

A few tips...

* Make sure to slam the pan down on the counter because it really does help to have thinner cookies.

* It's okay to use salted butter. I added 1 tsp instead of the 1-1/4 tsp.

* Fun to have ginormous cookies, but I could only get 3 or 4 on each pan.

* Really good frozen. :)
